How to use this tracker
Amazon Leo was previously known as Project Kuiper. Positions are calculated from CelesTrak supplemental orbital elements.
The Amazon Leo tracker follows satellites in Amazon’s low-Earth-orbit broadband constellation, previously developed under the Project Kuiper name. Amazon adopted the permanent Amazon Leo brand in November 2025, so this page uses both names where helpful for people who still search for the earlier project name.
How the Amazon Leo tracker works
The tool first requests CelesTrak supplemental GP data derived from publicly available operator ephemerides for the constellation. If that supplemental source is unavailable, it can fall back to standard catalog orbital elements. Positions are then propagated with SGP4 for the current time.
Set your location to inspect which tracked spacecraft are above your horizon. As with other satellite pages, being geometrically above the horizon does not automatically mean a satellite is bright enough to see with the naked eye.
Why supplemental orbital data is useful
Active low-Earth-orbit satellites can maneuver. Operator-derived ephemerides can therefore provide useful additional context when standard catalog elements lag a recent maneuver. CelesTrak explains its supplemental element service on the Current Supplemental GP Element Sets page.
